As the Oregon Mobile Home Rental Assistance Program enters another year, it continues to grow in the number of parks being served. Currently, the program is providing rental assistance to qualified needy, low-income mobile home owners in over 30,000 spaces in Oregon.

The program mirrors the Federal Government Section 8 Rental Assistance Program, utilizing the same income criteria and general guidelines. The only exception to this privately funded program is that the applicant’s housing costs must exceed 40% of the household income instead of Section 8’s 30% requirement.

If you are an Oregon Mobile Home Owner and would like more information on the program, please check our Eligibility Guidelines.
